Welcome to the 3 minute Yogi podcast series ⁠

Here I will be sharing my tried and tested, bite sized, ancient yogic technology; to help us in our modern day lives. ⁠

For those of you who do not know me yet, hi! my name is Harpreet! I am a 30 something British Punjabi woman born and raised in the UK. I am a therapeutic yoga teacher, medical lecturer and neurology pharmacist. Considering tuning into my introduction podcast where I shed more light on how and why this series is relevant for you. ⁠
