Why Kundalini Yoga

Harpreet practiced and experienced different styles of yoga. However she fell in love with Kundalini as it helped quench her inquisitive mind. It allows Harpreet to continually formulate bridges between East & West, Art & Science, Conventional & Non-Conventional.

It was after traveling the world, indulging in the philosophical riches it has to offer that she realised that often, the greatest gifts are at your door step. Born into a Sikh family Harpreet was raised with meditation, mantra and the spiritual Sikh way of life. Harpreet not only holds an A’level in Punjabi, she also trained in Gurmukhi and Santhia: key ingredients of a solid foundation to build Yogic practice upon.
